How the 2026 REGISTRATION Process Works

Select the registration plan that best fits your family.

Complete Payment
Submit your registration payment and secure your athlete’s spot.
Step 4 —
Complete Athlete Onboarding
Fill out your athlete’s full profile so we can communicate, coach, and place them properly.
Step 5 —
Upload Required Documents
Submit the required paperwork so your athlete can move through approval.
Step 6 — Track Everything in the Family Hub
Use your private Family Hub to see next steps, updates, deadlines, and important announcements.

How does registration work?
Create your family account, choose your plan, complete payment, fill out onboarding, upload documents, and track updates in the Family Hub.
What happens after I pay?
Payment begins your athlete’s registration process and opens your next steps inside the Valley Life system.
Is registration refundable?
No. All registration payments are final and non-refundable.
How will I know what comes next?
Your Family Hub and email updates will guide you step by step.
Does registration include equipment?
Only registration options that specifically include gear come with football equipment. Equipment is available first come, first served.
What ages can register?
Tackle football registration is available for 6U through 13U.
